windows 7 Image re-sizer

In Windows 7 you have already 2 Microsoft programs which can resize images: MS Paint & Windows Photo Gallery

Thanks for the reply. I don't have Photo Gallery, although I think it's a free download from MS. And I can use Paint but it's just so convenient to right click on a photo and re-size it.

Yes, you're right, because I have to do 2 clicks to resize picture - right to "edit" in File Explorer then left to "resize" in MS Paint...
