Did 250 miles on Sunday - including the Struggle at Kirkstone, but that was a bit boring so I missed it out of the video

Nice country side, nice look at the otherside of the pond. Is there any relic hunting in them there hills? I'm meaning ancient artifacts.

There is an old Roman fort up there. Imagine what it must have been like for the soldiers having come from sunny Italy to serve on that bleak windswept road

yes and presumably they were on Ducatis which must have been a much harsher ride on the potholed bits

Thats cool, it also looks like by the condition of that road that the Romans may have paved it and made it just wide enough for their Ducati chariots. I live in the Arizona desert about a mile from the Tonto national forest. I ride a Honda quad out of my property and into the abyss. There are many 1000+ yr old American Indian ruins to visit.
