Need Help Where do these come from?

This is spooky . Found another one under my bike today exactly the same as the others. Nobody other than me has been in the garage so can’t be a practical joke. Must be a ghost.

Yes I have Pivot Pegz no O rings.

Found the answer at last, when you mentioned footpegs I just thought of my main footrests that are pivot pegz. What I didn’t realise that the Chinese highway pegs I fitted are the ones you pointed out to me and yes some o rings are missing.
