Well I do understand I have one red bike but it is anything but fast. I know yours is much quicker and faster but this one is still fun on the right roads. Sorry don't mean to hijack the thread I still love the Silver NCx with the contrasting black trim.

Honda used to have a red white and blue Nighthawk 700S. I thought that was one of the best looking motorcycles I'd ever seen. Its amazing in person. Love the black ceramic pipes.

Those Enfields have a unique charm. I love the look of them and how they sound, especially with a decent pipe. Guy Martin recently did a documentary on India using one of the other models.

The Royal Enfield is absolutely awesome ! In any color...
 
I dunno. Both of ours top out at right around 40 mph so there's no proof that red is faster.

I will say that red is about the ONLY color. About all new vehicles offered for sale these days are white, black, red, or some shade of grey :mad:.

I agree a one hour ride in the country on the Enfield will leave you numb. ;) Since this photo I have installed a pipe, Power Commander 5, fork gators, dual seat (so I can strap on a bag), bar-end mirrors, 7" headlight and flyscreen. Lovely little bike and fun to ride when in it's element.

Riders on Red motorcycles might go the fastest, because as we all know those on red motorcycles are reckless foolhardy individuals with no respect for human life.

Black also reckless and foolhardy, but more in the "I don't want to be seen" kind of way, rather than the "look mom no hands" kind of way like those daredevils on red bikes.

Which leaves Silver, people on silver motorcycles have no need to show off, we are just as likely to throw a race between colors as we are to win it because we are secure in our place in the universe and we've no need to brag about it.

If you feel good about believing your bike is the fastest then that's fine with us, you can tell yourself whatever you need to in order to keep your ego inflated.
 
grey is boring colour I know coz I've got one a bit like our old prime minister of years ago.
he was always dull and boring...
