If by temp guage you mean ambient temperature. I installed a Koso Mini3 thermometer with the top clamp bracket designed for the Grom. They also have the same style of guage for water temp, oil temp etc. I posted about it here...

The Guage is top quality. Made with aluminum, not plastic. The one I choose displays ambient temperature, battery voltage, and time. I just leave it on time however is voltage goes below a set threshold, it will start flashing. They have many other displays. Just Google Koso Mini 3.
