Me too. Pretty sure the guy behind me who took the hardest hit is going to sue the guy who was at fault. He was livid that day. The thought crossed my mind of taking him to small claims court as several people have suggested that I do so. But I don't think I will. I just don't think it will be worth the hassle for less than $500 bucks. Let alone if the guys is riding without insurance would he even have the money? I doubt it.

I agree it wouldn't be worth the hassle for $500. You'd spend way more in time/money trying to get it from the guy. Gah. People...they suck.

Here in Florida, as long as a rider is properly endorsed on their license, and wearing a helmet, insurance is optional...
