Get Oxford heated grips. They're bigger and heated!

I've been wanting heated grips and this is the brand I had decided on if/when I get to it. Really good to know they are larger too.

In the meantime, I ordered a set of grip wraps called SmartSkins, the Original Beemer Buddies. They just arrived today, so I haven't tried them out yet. They're 5mm thick, so I think they'll add some much needed girth to the grip and do a decent job of absorbing vibration too. The biggest plus for me is that they installed easy without taking off my Barkbusters.
