Can anyone tell me what the aftermarket parts are on this bike?

Wouldn’t a matching pulse ring on the front of a CB1100 indicate an ABS bike? Non-ABS only has a rear one.

That is correct. If it has sensor rings on the front and rear it has ABS, if it only had one on the rear, it is not an ABS ring it is a speed sensor ring and it does not have ABS.

But I do believe ANY bike with ABS will have an ABS light on the dash that lights up when started and goes out after reaching 6 mph. Does a NC with ABS have that light?
