I got an email from them a few days ago advertising this, pretty cool idea if you ask me. I'd almost consider ditching my XG-1 in favor of this setup.

so there is 5db difference only?

that is some hearing damages exhaust the got there. 90 db will permanently damage your hearing

Sounded noticeably quieter to me with baffle open or closed, at least as much a difference with a normal GP exhaust and a baffle/no baffle set up. I think it's a great little gizmo

Too bad it won't retrofit into an existing Carbon GP though.

I wonder about carbon build up impeding the movement of the cable and what stops the exhaust from leaking back through the cable to the control.
