When riding the DCT in manual mode can you hit the rev limiter?

Yes.
It will override for downshift to prevent stalling but on the upside revlimiter kicks in.

While experimenting shifting manually and hitting the limiter alot I discovered that it may be imposable to shift faster or more efficiently than the computer can in sport mode. I find it doesn't down shift to my liking but you can manually downshift in any mode. Slow moving in town riding is not a problem for auto downshifting. I use econo mode 99% of the time.
