I have been away for quite some time.
When I returned today, the big yellow banner hit me quite strongly.

What happened?
Something happened here that triggered the banner?

My guess is that they have had to deal with things that you and I don't see...which is the thankless job of a moderator/admin...all of whom are usually unpaid volunteers.

I read through them, and thought they were really well done. Having a set of rules like those, keeps this place a friendly place to drop in to.
