May not have completely punctured the tire but screws tend to leak air slower than something smooth like a nail.

I've used Stop and Go plugs on tires and had then last several thousand miles until I needed to replace the tire due to tread wear.

thanks, maybe I'll try then.
I'm not sure what the shop does "right" vs what you can do yourself. You should be able to repair it just as they would.
In the US, few shops would repair a tire.

in shop they should take off the wheel and put a patch inside the tyre,
making repair more durable. Plug is temporary fix according to many:

That's my point. Take the tire off and use a plug/patch on the inside. It's a do-it-yourself job.

the hole was so small they put patch inside not mushroom and said no to go faster then 130 km/h
