I use a $20 PVC cover by MotoCentric. It's worked well so far.

I cover mine during the day to keep sun off.its a med cruzer cover and is the perfect fit.but with a tall shield might be a problem.i don't have a garage so when i put it away i have a cycle shell.it holds up to any kind of weather.(cycleshell.com)

Has anyone else used one of these? It looks awesome. I'm in need of something and this is priced similarly to other enclosures but it's all in one and no assembly... It's expensive but lacking space to store my bike indoors in the NE seems like a perfect solution. I've got a cover but don't want to use that over the winter because it's doesn't provide enough protection.
