The Baby Block engine is a racer with its' wild cam profiles and uneven timing. It is not happy below 3K RPM.
I'm attempting to generate interest from Brian Case and Mast Motorsports to build cams to simulate the ST13 V-4 power plant which spoiled me with its' smoothness.
I'm 72 and have been ridding since 2 weeks after turning 16. Vibration is wasted energy and counter to mechanical longevity. Power comes at a price.
The top end Harley lists at $44K. Everything from bacon to bikes is high now because of our soaring debt.
A detuned BB would still have plenty of power and IMO added value.
