He was going waaay too fast. If you were to go that fast in city traffic, sooner or later, your luck will run out.

Yea, he was going to make impact regardless of what type of brakes he had. He wouldn't have done the flip though. A little to much front brake there. It was really obvious that car wanted over to the right. Plain and simple he wasn't paying attention.

Would ABS have helped ? He just seemed to grab too much front brake and flipped, would of been better off it it had locked and skidded almost.

With ABS it wouldn't have locked. ABS will stop better than locked and skidding even if somehow one keeps the bike upright with front wheel locked. ABS would have allowed keeping bike upright and provided the maximum possible speed reduction prior to impact if any.
