Need help: OEM Center Stand removal

Hi all,
I have to remove the OEM Honda Center Stand... can you help me please to understand how to dismount the springs in a safe way and with no help from other guy?

I would think you could safely do the Honda recommended install in reverse. Remove the bolt from the shaft and drive the shaft out gently, trying your best to hold the stand in it's normal position. Once the shaft clears the right side mount, the springs will pull in to their more relaxed position, thereby making their removal easier.

It's hard to describe, but read the Honda directions and think about doing them in reverse.
