I’m sure there are a number of people who are considering respringing the fork on their 2021 and later Nc750. The Race Tech site as I’m sure many know, has information as to what springs to use for our bikes. It’s pretty self explanatory in regards to getting the right ones for your style of riding and weight. For myself at 195 lbs it recommends 0.88 kg/mm. I ordered 0.85.
I have attached photos that show what is in a kit, as when I ordered mine I didn’t know if it came with spacers, so ordered oem Honda spacers as spares, just in case.
Surprisingly, as can be seen by the photo attached, the stock spacers that I obtained from Honda are white PVC. Seeing as I’ve read posts on this site decrying the use of Pvc I had to wonder. I guess I wasted $52 Canadian as I could have bought a 10 foot section of appropriately sized PVC for $20.
Race Tech (attached photo) have no problem in saying Pvc does the job, but I will personally use their metal one supplied. The Race Tech spring length is 342 mm. The oem Honda spacer length is 149-150 mm, and as can been seen it has a narrower spout end which I assume slot into the top of the spring.
Hopefully this information is of use.
