Has anyone reupholstered the seats. Mine are Sun damaged

Yes. Relatively easy if you have some skill. Use marine vinyl or motorcycle specific vinyl, or leather if you choose.

Most marine upholstery places can get it done for you if you don't want to do it yourself. They can copy the old pattern and reinstall.

I don't know what model year NC you have however I have the OEM covers from my 2021 NC750xdc.
