Right parts

I was looking up parts for my 2014 and noticed there were two possible parts groupings. NC700x A
and NC700x AC. How do I know which one to order from.

I am guessing that that is the destination code.

A = "America"
AC = California
CM = Canada

The only difference should be the emissions system.

When questions like that come up, the first place I look is the owners manual that came with the bike. On the inside front cover:


However, mine is a 2012 owners manual, so check your 2014 manual and see if the answer is there.

According to the shop manual

In North America a 2012-2013 NC700X and NC700XD have AC destination code, after 2013 the NC700X and NC700XD could have either A or AC destination code
The NC700XA, NC700SA, NC750XA and NC750SA would all have destination code CM.

It might be helpful to know which parts rjarrell is looking for to figure out if it matters where his was built for or not.

Interesting because mine is NC750X AE and I bought it in Europe.
If AC means America->California so AE must be America->Europe
