I have a few IEMs (in ear monitors) Shure SE215 & PS Audio M4U 4, and love them. Fit is important (it's how I learned I have big ear canals) so that they don't either fall out or expand your brains. I do use an amplifier with my iPhone. I can't imagine speakers out in the wind comparing to them...

I must have the lemon in this lot; at ~70mph I get 50-54mpg... steady speed, no acceleration. If I go past 75, I get about 45-48mpg. :(

Check out Roadgear.com if you'd like summer weight waterproof gloves. I'm in Florida and while there are plenty of H2O proof winter gloves, theses are the only summer weight ones I've found.

Early Shinkos were shite, but I put a pair on my 06 Buell Ulysses and they handled pretty well and lasted well too. That being said, I LOVE PR4s.

37,000 miles on my 2013, which I traded in several months ago on a 2014. It now has 6,000ish miles on it. Replaced tires, chain, pads, etc. on the 2013. Now looking to put PR4s on the '14.

Yes, but.... The stock seat is a weapon of @ss-destruction. How Honda could get everything else right, but be so far off base with that is beyond me. I have a seat concepts saddle now and all is well for a full day in the saddle. I don't know much about pillion options.

I kept cutting down my Triumph Tiger 1050's windscreen till the buffeting finally stopped. It was kinda ugly, but I cannot stand feeling like someone is slapping the sides of my helmet.

I commute about 100 miles per day, mixed two lane & interstate. I average in the low 60's mpg. What are you 70+ guys doing? I don't ride at all aggressively (on the commute) & pretty much granny-shift it.

It baffles me how Honda can get things so right and not realize what a POS the seat is.... I know it's made to a price point, but jeez...
