A few people have been scammed on the site, Only use paypal to pay for items for sale by other members. If they will not use paypal, its likely a scam NEVER SEND E-TRANSFERS OF ANY KIND.
resell value is just too low for NC in US.makes no sense to sell it for this low. for me the thing with motorcycles-if you don't have one-you will always want one, you will be actively looking on Craigslist,Instagram pictures etc..wasting your own time..when you have one-you have no time to...
if your bike is lowered by a lot ( i mean-you can't use OEM side stand at all (and off course you can forget about using centerstand) and not interested in welding- your next option would be side stand from honda CTX.
it's exact same thing,but a bit shorter.
i have one,but it didn't worked for...
you can also try to use 3M 9448A tissue pads. it's a double sided pad. when used properly-it can hold pretty much anything. you can put magnet on one side and stick other side to the top of the frunk. problem is-those Neodymium magnets rusts really quick. you will need some sort of protective...
i didn't read the whole thing. + 1 for Neodymium magnets. i think N52 is the strongest. you probably can glue them to the back of the lid with epoxy or something similar. make sure you do this with a right polarity, but i would test it first with somethng like masking tape, to see, if the bag...
here is one of many variations i've made from scraps back in 12-2013(?). it doesn't' have to be big or wide. size of a hand palm is more than enough
paying $120 bucks for same thing? f*** it
if you mean like a bend it a little bit forward, then it's not that hard. with a heat gun, something to bend on (trash bin)
for anyone, who dare to try -put aluminum foil on that surface. plexiglass won't stick to it.
but if you overheat it-it would be disaster. you have to mount a heat gun...
Naples,Bonita-my favored places in FL (and US!). i'm staying over there at my friend's house couple times a year. I hope you all will be well after this gigantic hurricane.
didn't work for me. way too low. i need something in the middle between OEM and CTX's
attaching\uploading pictures is a royal pain for 21 century website\forum.
Thanks Dlare!
the one i've ordered from ebay comes with CTX's OEM spring
DirtFlier- i made my own (see my previous posts here) long time ago and they worked very well (it's two pieces of metal with 2 holes in each, nothing special about it)
but i don't like the position of the bike on side stand...
you are mind reader!
Thanks for the info!
i was looking at it, just couple days ago at procaliber website, comparing CTX and NC stands, and it looks like it would fit perfectly.
my only concern was the switch, which looks a bit different from NC,but thanks for a conformation! ordering one now...
i see no pictures on link above, but you need a really big board to make that plate :)
without looking on the bike i think of at least 1'x1'. certainly not walmart stuff, but you can probably find HDPE board this big on ebay. it's same material. it should be flexible\melting around 360F...
millenials aren't buying anything and won't buy any time soon. many of them, who lives in the city don't even have driver licence at the age 20+. no need for it. used cars, insurance cost,parking-all expensive. add sky high college debt on 90+% of them.
imo vibration comes when chain is too tight. i've been there, on NC in particular. most likely too tight and misaligned
