    James Bond NC700X Button?

Yep, it disappeared in a parking lot once though.

Edited title doesn't show up until you click on thread?

I'm having a similar issue with a thread I started in the classifieds. I put the price in the title. Now I want to change the price, but can't seem to edit the title. Did you ever get an answer to this or figure it out on your own?

A toy, a small manual mill and some refinishing....

So, you can tell that much diff between the Cerakote and the Cera-Plate, huh? Wish I hadn't seen this, now I'll have less money for motorcycle stuffs, LOL.

A toy, a small manual mill and some refinishing....

Very nice mill work. I love the Cerakote too. I had a couple of my favorites refinished in 2 tone Cerakote. Love them even more now. One looked so good it became a safe queen. The other was my IDPA gun, which the Cerakote helped a lot.

How accurate is the on-board mileage computer?

I think the instant mpg feature is a fun game to play while riding, but it should come with a disclaimer that says it's just for entertainment purposes. I use the Fuelly app on my phone to track all my vehicles' fuel mileage. The ones with mileage calculators (F-150, Super Tenere, and NC) are...

It's the thought that counts, right?

Greg, I have great news...I found you a bargain on Amazon, buddy.

    Got a new toy...

Shaft drive, hydraulic clutch, and traction control are features I never realized how much I'd appreciate. Draining and replacing the final drive oil is actually quicker, easier, and cleaner than lubing a chain and only has to be done when the oil gets changed. YET, when I took my lonely NC out...

    Got a new toy...

That's why I haven't sold either of the others just yet. I worry the shine will wear off of this one and I'll want something different to ride from time to time.

    Got a new toy...

2012 Yamaha Super Tenere I got it about 5 or 6 weeks ago from a guy over on ADV. Came with Shinko 804/805, Sargent seats and original seats, Vstream screen and original, Madstad adjustable bracket, winglets, Hepco and Becker skid plate, Altrider crash bars, Headlight guard, Oxford heated...

    Ksl 8.5

I hate to miss it. The last one was really fun. However, I've already paid for Ribfest 2017 (Oct. 19-22) and committed to ADV LBL Ride 5.5 (Nov. 10-12). I can't really afford to take any more vacation time without screwing up Thanksgiving and Christmas plans.

How high is the water Mama, 17 feet and rising!!!

Glad you're safe and sorry you're one of the vicitms, hope your AT is as well. Catastrophes like this make me glad I live relatively high and dry.

Nite Ize Figure 9 rope tightener - seriously, just go buy them

I'm a hopeless gadget whore and Nite Ize makes a lot of my favorites. Gear ties, Keyracks, flashlights, KnotBones, CamJams...the list goes on. Good stuff!! I got that same Figure 9 at HF too...very handy tool. I used it to stretch my center stand spring enough to get it over the hook.

    Gps

I think the Sena 10S is the best bluetooth out there. I have a riding buddy with a 20S and he's had nothing but trouble with the battery life, speaker issues, mic sound quality...you name it. I ran into some bluetooth issues with my first Garmin. Turns out I bought a car model and it was 100%...

Does anybody make long finger gloves?

One of my riding friends has relatively narrow hands, but really long fingers and Held gloves seem to be the perfect fit. Hope that helps.

ANKER Compact Multi-Function Car Jump Starter & Power Bank

I didn't see an Anker product when I bought my mini jumpstarter or I'd have bought it instead. I've had perfect results with their gear. I haven't had a chance to use the one I got yet, but it took a full charge and has held that charge for months. I hope that's a good omen, because this isn't...

I locked my key in the frunk, OR how to defeat the frunk lock!

I guess the nefarious types that are targeting the Honda NC700x now know how to break into the frunk....and they know to look for hidden keys. Thanks a lot guys :D

    Tire got screwed

Better luck than me too. I picked up a drywall screw in my 2 week old PR4 on the way to the Smokies. Had to buy a PR3 (all they had in stock) or cancel my trip.

    Michelin Pilot Road 3 Question

Ramen noodles are proof that price doesn't always indicate quality. McDonald's is proof that saving money can often come with risks. Comparing 705s to PR4s, I'm of the opinion that you pay twice as much for the PR4, but get twice the mileage. When I factored in the cost of changing tires twice...
