Highway Pegs

Can I put highway pegs on my NC even though I don't have any engine guard bars? If so, can anyone recommend a good set?

Yes. The Kuryakyn 7933 pegs seem to work.
Getting the clamp was difficult because the NC tubes are bigger than most.

So that part number will work, it's just a bit difficult to get them on is what you're saying?

And yes, a little difficult to get on but they do work.

Only reason I'll let them go is I got another bike and my highway pegs mount to my crash bars.

Just make sure the clamps are bigger than 1 inch.

My Kuryakyn 7933 highway pegs just arrived. Looks to me like the horn needs to come off to get the right one on. Is that what you had to do? Just checking...

I had to bend the horn mount toward the front to make it fit.

I had to 'massage' the horn mount for mine, too. I have those same pegs on my frame. In the end, I replaced the horn so no more interference.
