Honda emblems on saddlebags

Anyone know how to remove the slightly puffy honda emblems on the saddlebags? Are they decals that just need a steady hand and blow drier (I'm stripping all the decals and logos off the Toaster....)

They have a post that goes through the hole on the outer aluminum-look panel. So you probably need to remove the panel to push that post through.
