Options for putting on highway pegs?

I am tall and longer excursions my legs keep get knotted up with the riding position. I have switched out my pegs for wide foot pegs but would like to add possibly a highway peg if possible. I do not have any crash bars on my bike. Has anyone had success with adding another leg position peg to help break up the ride?

Yes, but unfortunately - you might want to look into getting a crash bar. These highway pegs below are for Harly Davidson bikes, but I padded up my bars and mounted the pegs around the padding. I really like them for the long rides.

Which crash bars do you have installed on your bike? Looking at my bike there are truly not many options.
