Hello,
my first post here, some background, since my 16 I am riding a variety of motorbikes , the last 10 years less due building of our house etc..
The last couple of years I had a severe knee problem and I had to give up motor riding or get myself an automatic transmission one.
Last year I wanted to ride again and be more mobile, and had a look to what was available..
The position on the Integra was at the time the best choice, since I was limited in moving my knee , today I am much better and I am riding my first longer stretches with the Integra (I wasn't able to ride it even though I bought it, I underestimated the weight of the bike and the stress it put on my knee at stops and handling the bike etc..)
Today I am much better and I am riding often the integra (2016 Complete black mat version) , I fell in love with the automatic transmission, but I am not really sure about the riding position, it has a different riding position then what I was used to have, at the time ( a year ago ) it seemed a good choice, I can't say I am unhappy with it, I even like it for several reasons but it's still awkward to corner, I can't grab the bike with my legs and I don't feel so much in contact when cornering etc.. I also would love to be able to take gravel roads or do small offroad sections..
The last couple of days I had a look to two local dealerships for the NC750x , but I didn't tell me much more about the seating position and comfort level comparing the two bikes, I am not sure if making a test ride will be possible..
so I have a few questions for people who have more experience with these two bikes :
- what are the big differences riding them?
- is the integra better or worse for our back? compared to the NC750x?
- comfort ? position? cornering?
- are there only PRO's on moving up to the NC750x? Contra's?
- today I have the original cases from honda two sides and the top box , in the one shop they say it will be compatible with the NC750x bike and in the other they say they aren't.. I am sure you guys have the proper answer
- In the shop they couldn't confirm if my SHOEI Neotec II size L fits the helmet compartment?
thx in advance,
CL
