Got to go for a ride this past weekend. 2400Kms in three days through Central BC. Rode in the mountains the entire time, awesome trip! Bike performed flawlessly, and was a joy to tour on. Plenty of power in the mountains and great handling in the tight turns. I am totally impressed with this bike. A Grizzly bear in the ditch at about 15 feet looks awefully big when your out in the open on a bike.....
 
When riding across Canada 2 months ago, I saw 4 times bears on the side of the roadway eating road kill. Never thought about the bears going for the easy dinner road kill before last month.
 
I finally picked up my V47NT trunk this afternoon and latched it up and drove it home. Also, I received my Go Cruise and my Tusk 12VDC socket for my handlebars. Tomorrow, I pick up my OEM tall windshield.

Yeah, I love the look of it with the contours of the bike. Now to start working on the sidecase racks with the Trek33 cases. I'm curious how it will look :).
 
Started mounting my Honda side cases that just arrived today. Got the hardware on. Now just need to just the silver panels on and the key tumbler set up.

Today I received my new windshield from the dealer, new grunge brushes for the chain and part of my phone/GPS mount.

Yeah, I've seen a couple vids with Givis or the Honda trunk skidding across the pavement.
I'm sure someone wasn't happy.
 
My SW-Motech side case racks will be delivered today. Already have the hardware and Givi E21 cases . I'm really looking forward to the added versatility these cases will add to my NC700X. The top loading design of the E21 will be better for me. I use my bikes like a motorized pack mule to grocery shop etc. This will free up the frunk for helmet storage. Now looking for a tank bag that uses suction cups . Someone reviewed such a bag on here and took it on the road with no problems at highway speeds. It was a good sized bag and had a map holder to boot. But I can't seem to find it on here now. Can anyone help me out on this ? Max
 
Nice setup t3hGone.

I installed my license plate, which is sort of sad because it doesn't feel like I own a new motorcycle anymore. To combat that sadness I also installed a Kaoko Throttle Lock system, which I'm anxious to try out once it stops raining here.
 
I took mine to the dealer and got the overdue 4,000 miles service. I also bought her a few things. 12V power port, spare Go Cruise, and a GoPro.
