Maybe he posted something that somehow got deleted for whatever bizarre reason/accident? There has been no Moderator activity or involvement as far as I am aware!
Maybe a post was made that got moved to another section? Happens all the time, and sometimes if a person has posted it days previously, then can't find it anymore after the "moved link" expires, they might think it totally disappeared.
I hope no error on anyone's part, has caused irreversible consequences
