Replace pcm ecu

Hi. After following instructions from workshop manual it's Looking like I have to replace pcm..2020 750x. Can I just buy a second hand one or do I need full kit..ie ignition switch ECT ? Or is it a case of reprogramming keys to match? Not sure how to go about that.. thanks for any help.

If you have the Service Manual, it is easy to notice that an entire section is devoted to the Immobilizer System (HISS). SM states that in the event of replacing the ECM/PCM, the HISS Key Registration Procedure should be performed and directs you to the appropriate instructions in SM.
